Foundation checklist (what to request)
- Foundation deliverables checklist (what supplier provides vs civil contractor provides)
- Anchor bolt specification + bolt cage detail
- Base plate dimensions and bolt pattern
- Required site inputs: soil report, constraints, utilities
- As-built and acceptance records
Common traps
- Supplier assumes a wind zone/exposure without stating it.
- Civil scope unclear (who supplies rebar schedule, concrete spec, excavation).
- Anchor bolt pattern mismatch discovered after procurement.
Klausul RFQ (salin/tempel)
- Supplier must provide foundation checklist and required inputs before final design.
- Supplier must provide anchor bolt pattern and base plate drawings early for civil coordination.
- All wind/exposure assumptions must be stated.
