OEM & ODM Solar Street Light Manufacturing | Factory-Direct Supplier

Inlux Solar is a factory-direct solar street light manufacturer supplying OEM and project-ready systems for municipal engineers, EPC contractors, distributors, and NGO procurement teams. We provide certified manufacturing, engineering support, tender documentation, and full product customization for commercial and public-sector lighting projects.

Why Project Buyers Choose Inlux Solar

Professional buyers do not select a solar street light supplier based on wattage claims alone. They need a manufacturer that can support lighting performance, structural reliability, documentation, and delivery.

Inlux Solar supports project teams with:

  • IES / ULD photometric files for layout simulation
  • DIALux lighting calculations based on road class and target illuminance
  • Pole and bracket recommendations for different mounting heights
  • Battery sizing logic based on autonomy nights and local solar conditions
  • Tender-ready documents including datasheets, BOM, drawings, and packing details
  • OEM / ODM options for optics, branding, accessories, and packaging

This reduces engineering risk, shortens bid preparation time, and helps procurement teams compare solutions using real technical criteria instead of marketing claims.

OEM & ODM Solar Street Light Manufacturing

Choose the Customization Scope Before Comparing Manufacturers

Inlux Solar offers OEM and ODM services, but private labeling, configuring an existing system and developing a new product are different purchasing tasks. Tell the manufacturer what must change and what must stay fixed before comparing minimum orders, delivery dates or unit prices.

Private-label an existing product

Keep the selected lighting design and hardware configuration, and define the changes to logo, packaging, labels and manuals.

Approve the artwork, languages and product identification together. State explicitly whether the order is branding-only; a customer logo must not conceal an unapproved technical change.

Configure an existing platform

Start from an existing Inlux product family and identify the lighting, energy, control or mounting requirement that differs.

Ask for the proposed configuration and the relevant design and test evidence for that version. A change to optics, battery, panel, controls or mounting is not merely a packaging change. Availability is confirmed in the project proposal.

Request ODM development

Use this route when the requirement calls for a new product design or an interface that an existing configuration cannot satisfy.

Agree a feasibility brief before a production commitment: development deliverables, prototype work, validation responsibilities and any tooling requirements. Record development cost, schedule and use of design files separately from the recurring unit price.

The labels OEM and ODM are not a substitute for an agreed scope. If an existing configuration can meet the project brief, compare that route before commissioning a new platform. Use the current solar street light range as the starting point; confirm the actual change, deliverables and commercial terms in the written proposal.

Engineering Support for Tenders & Technical Reviews

A solar street light system should be specified from lighting targets and site conditions, not from a generic wattage chart.

Our engineering support typically includes:

  • Lighting class review and target lux / uniformity discussion
  • IES / ULD files for simulation
  • DIALux layout support for road width, pole height, and spacing
  • Battery autonomy calculation based on operating hours and local solar resource
  • PV sizing logic based on worst-month charging conditions
  • Pole, bracket, and installation recommendations
  • Bill of materials and project documentation for procurement review

For municipal and contractor projects, this support helps reduce design mistakes before production and shipment begin.

Factory & Quality Control

Reliable solar street lighting depends on more than assembly. It depends on component control, process discipline, and clear inspection standards.

Our quality-control workflow includes:

  • Incoming inspection for key components
  • In-process checks during assembly
  • Final inspection before packing
  • Aging and functional tests based on project requirements
  • Documentation support for datasheets, reports, drawings, and packing details

For long-life outdoor projects, this reduces the risk of inconsistent performance across batches and helps buyers standardize procurement. Review our factory production and quality-control scope dan published certifications and test-report gallery when evaluating the quoted model and order.

Expert LED R&D Team

Our core R&D team consists of 30+ engineers with an average of 7+ years of experience across optics, electronics, mechanics, firmware, and field testing. From concept to verification, the team owns the entire V-model process—requirements, simulation, prototype, reliability, and pilot runs—ensuring designs meet market needs and pass acceptance testing.

Kemudahan Ujian Lanjutan

Typical Project Workflow

A typical commercial or municipal solar street lighting project follows this workflow:

  1. Share project inputs such as road width, pole height, operating profile, and installation location.
  2. Confirm lighting targets, autonomy requirement, and any local constraints.
  3. Review the proposed system type, optics, battery capacity, and mounting arrangement.
  4. Receive the photometric layout, BOM, and technical documents.
  5. Approve samples or pilot units if required.
  6. Move into production, inspection, packing, and shipment.

Keep the Approved Sample and Production Order Aligned

An approved solar street light sample is useful only if the production order identifies what was approved. Before releasing an OEM or project batch, agree a short configuration record with your supplier:

  1. Freeze the configuration. Identify the model and revision, LED source and optics, battery pack, PV module, controller settings and mounting interfaces. Attach the agreed drawings and bill of materials rather than relying on a product-family name.
  2. Record the sample checks. Keep the sample identifier, test conditions, operating schedule, observations and acceptance criteria. A successful demonstration is not evidence of every season or a different site.
  3. Control substitutions. Agree which component or firmware changes need written approval and which require fresh evidence or a repeat sample check before production continues.
  4. Connect the shipment to the approval. Request the batch or serial identifiers, agreed inspection results, packing list and any approved deviations. Check them against the accepted configuration before shipment release.

Use this record alongside the technical proposal when discussing your Inlux Solar order. Agree the inspection scope and acceptance responsibilities in writing; a sample, factory certificate and shipment inspection answer different questions.

This process helps project teams move from concept to procurement with clearer technical alignment and fewer surprises during installation.

Confirm the quotation and delivery boundaries before order approval. Record the following responsibilities in the accepted quotation or contract:

  • Equipment and documents: identify the selected configuration, pole and bracket scope, approved drawings, bill of materials, and required engineering files.
  • Transport and destination: state the quoted Incoterm, destination, packing method, delivery sequence, and responsibility for customs clearance and unloading.
  • Local engineering and installation: agree who reviews local requirements, approves foundations and structural design, provides civil works, and installs and commissions the system.
  • Acceptance and after-sales: define the inspection and acceptance records, operating and maintenance documents, spare-parts scope, and applicable warranty responsibilities.
