Acceptance Deliverables (Pass/Fail)
- Photometrics pack: IES/LDT + final layout + assumptions + results tables (Avg/Min/Uniformity)
- As-built drawings: pole, base plate, anchor bolts, wiring, accessories, aiming notes
- Commissioning checklist: electrical checks, aiming verification, protection devices, functional tests
- O&M pack: maintenance schedule, lowering device instructions (if used), spare parts plan
- Warranty & SLA: scope, response time, RMA workflow, replacement lead time
Copy/Paste Commissioning Checklist
- Verify installed pole height and mounting arrangement vs approved layout
- Verify aiming/tilt limits and any glare shields/visors installed
- Record electrical protections (SPD, grounding), circuit labeling, and test results
- Record luminaire IDs / batch references (traceability)
- Capture commissioning photos (key views + identifiers)
RFQ clause (copy/paste)
- Supplier/installer must provide a commissioning checklist and acceptance record set as a deliverable.
- Final handover must include as-built drawings, photometrics pack, O&M pack, and warranty/SLA documents.
