Inlux Solar Ships 600 Solar Street Lighting Systems to Abu Dhabi for ADNOC

Inlux Solar has completed a major shipment of 600 solar street lighting systems for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with all equipment loaded into 10 containers over three consecutive days.

The loading operation was carried out from August 19 to August 21, 2026, completing the preparation of all 600 sets for shipment to Abu Dhabi.

The systems will be used for perimeter and fence-line lighting, with each set configured around a 120W INL-LED25 LED street light and an externally mounted gel battery.

600 Lighting Systems for Perimeter and Fence-Line Areas

The project is intended to provide outdoor lighting along perimeter and fence-line areas associated with the ADNOC site.

Unlike a conventional grid-connected LED street light installation, each supplied system forms part of a standalone solar lighting configuration, combining the lighting unit with solar generation, energy storage and control components.

For this shipment, Inlux Solar supplied a project-configured 120W INL-LED25 luminaire together with an external gel battery arrangement.

The battery is installed separately from the luminaire rather than being integrated into the lamp housing, providing a practical configuration for this type of split solar street lighting system.

10 Containers Loaded Over Three Days

Preparing 600 complete solar street lighting systems for an international infrastructure project requires more than loading individual luminaires.

The shipment includes the components required for the solar lighting systems, all of which must be organized and packed for international transportation while keeping project quantities and configurations clearly coordinated.

Loading began on August 19 and continued through August 20 and 21. By the end of the third day, all 10 containers had been loaded for shipment to Abu Dhabi.

For a delivery of this scale, coordinated production, packing and container loading are an important part of ensuring that equipment reaches the project site in an orderly and manageable way.

Project-Configured INL-LED25 Lighting

The INL-LED25 is one of Inlux Solar’s LED street-light luminaire platforms for roadway, industrial and perimeter applications.

For the Abu Dhabi project, the luminaire was configured at 120W as part of the complete solar lighting system.

This distinction matters in project-based lighting supply. The final configuration is not selected from LED wattage alone. Luminaire power, solar generation, battery storage, operating hours, site conditions and installation requirements need to work as one system.

In this case, the system uses an external gel battery configuration, keeping the energy-storage component separate from the LED luminaire.

How the External Gel Battery System Is Installed

The following video shows the installation arrangement of the INL-LED25 solar street light with an externally mounted gel battery, including how the battery is positioned separately on the pole.

This type of configuration provides direct access to the battery as a separate system component and is suitable for split-type solar street lighting projects where the battery is not integrated into the luminaire.

Solar Lighting for Industrial Perimeters

Perimeter lighting presents a different design task from lighting a normal urban road.

Long fence lines and industrial boundaries may involve extended installation distances, limited access to conventional electrical infrastructure and specific requirements for mounting, maintenance and night-time operation.

For this reason, solar lighting projects should be configured around actual site conditions rather than simply matching a nominal lamp wattage.

Inlux Solar supports project teams with luminaire selection, solar system configuration, battery sizing, lighting layouts and related engineering documentation for industrial, municipal and infrastructure applications.

Another Large-Scale International Shipment Completed

The completion of this 600-set, 10-container shipment to Abu Dhabi marks another large-scale overseas project delivery for the Inlux Solar team.

From production and system configuration to packing and container loading, the shipment was prepared around the requirements of the ADNOC perimeter lighting application.

The final container was loaded on August 21, 2026, completing three consecutive days of loading and preparing the full shipment for delivery to the United Arab Emirates.

For solar street lighting projects involving roads, industrial facilities, perimeter areas or other large outdoor sites, Inlux Solar can provide project-specific system recommendations based on lighting requirements, operating profiles and local site conditions.
