The Explosion-Proof Solar Street Light is a specialized solution for hazardous locations where flammability risks demand extra protection. It integrates explosion-proof lamps, conduit, junctions, and a sealed battery enclosure to reduce ignition risk while providing reliable illumination. Performance options include 30–150W LEDs with ＞180 lm/W efficacy and 5,400–27,000 lumens, paired with long-life LiFePO4 batteries and IP66/IK09 protection. An independent, adjustable solar-panel design improves charging (up to 15% higher by aiming toward the sun), and A-grade panels reach ~21% charging efficiency. Optional motion sensing, CCTV, and IoT remote monitoring round out a robust, project-ready system.
