Export Packaging Standards

01 – Standard Export Packaging
Luminaires are protected with EPE foam and strong cartons; poles are wrapped with felt and bubble wrap; battery and electronics are packed in ISPM 15 wooden crates. Lot labels and barcodes ensure traceability during inbound checks.

02 – Extra Quantities & Item Labels
We add extra quantities and clear item labels so your team can verify and install faster upon receipt.

03 – Regular Spare Parts
We include spare parts to reduce downtime—typically 5–10% for standard components and ~1% for controllers, subject to the order and project needs. (Final list is confirmed on PI.)
Container Loading Plan

01 – Professional Container Loading Plan
We design 20GP/40GP/40HQ loading plans with stable stacking, corner protectors, stretch wrap, and moisture control. This maximizes capacity and minimizes transport risk.

02 – Safe Lithium Battery Transport
Ofrecemos SDS (formerly MSDS) and UN38.3 test summaries, and ship under IMDG Code (sea) or IATA DGR (air), with the correct UN classification (e.g., UN3480/UN3481, as applicable). Batteries are shipped in a fully disconnected state to prevent accidental activation.

03 – Multiple Shipping Options
Sea, air, courier, and door-to-door with customs clearance—chosen by lead time, cost, and product type. We tailor the route to meet your project schedule.

04 – From Our Door to Yours
See how we deliver to warehouses and job sites worldwide—airport apron retrofits, 9 m pole airfreight, and containerized road-lighting packages.
