Third-Party Inspection for Indonesian Client Concludes Successfully; AIT10 Solar Street Lights with High-Capacity Battery Gain Recognition

Recently, the third-party inspector commissioned by the Indonesian client, equipped with a professional inspection checklist and devices, visited our production workshop to conduct a full-dimensional pre-shipment inspection of 52 sets of AIT10 all-in-two solar street lights. Our workshop director accompanied and coordinated throughout the process while synchronizing production details.

The inspection focused on core product indicators: the inspector checked the process precision of the street lights’ appearance and the specification matching of components one by one, and focused on testing the actual voltage and energy storage stability of the customized 120AH/25.6V high-capacity battery. These street lights will be deployed in rural lighting projects in remote areas of Indonesia, and the long-lasting nature of the high-capacity battery is the core requirement to adapt to local lighting conditions—this configuration is also a new technical attempt of our company in the energy storage module of solar lighting fixtures.

During the inspection, our workshop director provided professional explanations for details such as battery integration technology. Finally, the inspector issued a qualified report, confirming that the products fully meet the order standards. The smooth completion of this inspection not only means the batch is ready for delivery, but also verifies our technical implementation capability of high-capacity energy storage lamps through practical projects, accumulating key practical experience for subsequent R&D of similar products.
