Manufacturing Procedures

Welding

Our light poles are formed from a single sheet of steel. We use full welding, both inside and out, at the connection between the main pole and the flange, further enhancing the pole’s strength.

Hot-Dip Galvanization

Specify the finish and inspection requirements for the quoted steel components and site exposure. Corrosion performance depends on coating condition, handling, installation and maintenance; it is not a fixed service-life guarantee.

Powder Coating

Our electrostatic powder coating process not only allows for custom colors but also adds an extra protective layer, further extending the pole’s lifespan.

Coordinate the Decorative Pole and Fitting

Send an elevation or reference style, proposed luminaire, outreach, finish and installation setting. Ask for a coordinated drawing that identifies the pole, mounting interface, base, access door and supplied hardware. Confirm the structural inputs and foundation responsibility separately from appearance. If the brief includes a complete lighting system, make that scope explicit rather than assuming a bare-pole quote includes the luminaire.

Compare decorative LED luminaires or send the project brief for a quotation.
