High Mast Light Systems for Large-Area Illumination

Home / AC High Mast Light
Designed for highways, ports, airports and logistics hubs, our AC high mast lighting pairs modular LED flood arrays with polygonal steel poles for safe, uniform light. Standard designs use 25–30 m masts, with pole options from 15–45 m depending on wind-load/EPA and site class. Specify ring-mount or directional lamp carriages, beam angles from 30°/60°/90°/120°, and 90–305V AC drivers with surge protection. Add a winch-based lowering device for ground-level maintenance. We provide photometric layouts, wind-load checks, shop drawings and a complete BOM so you can bid and build with confidence.

Selection Guide

How to Specify an AC High Mast System

Start from target illuminance/uniformity and site wind speed. Choose pole height (standard 25–30 m; pole options 15–45 m), ring vs directional mounting, beam angles (30°/60°/90°/120°), and glare control. Confirm 90–305V AC input, surge protection, enclosure IP and IK levels. Add a winch-based lowering system if bucket-truck access is limited. We deliver photometrics, wind-load/EPA checks, pole drawings and foundation recommendations.

AC High Mast Light FAQs

Standard systems commonly use 25–30 m masts; pole options from 15–45 m are available depending on wind/EPA and site class.

Ring-mount provides symmetric coverage for large plazas and lots; directional arrays target long throws along highways or apron edges.

Narrow to wide beams (30°/60°/90°/120°) with glare control accessories as needed.

90–305V AC, 50/60 Hz with well-known driver brands; surge and thermal protection available.

Yes—winch-based lowering devices allow ground-level maintenance on tall masts.

Hot-dip galvanizing and optional powder coating are available. Specify the site exposure and coating requirement, and request the applicable finish specification and inspection evidence for the quoted pole. Do not treat a coating description as a fixed service-life guarantee.

Photometric layouts, wind-load/EPA checks, pole shop drawings and foundation recommendations.

See High Mast Lamp (flood arrays) and High Mast Light Pole (polygonal/conical poles) for component details and confirm the quoted configuration.
