Manufacturing Procedures

Welding

Our light poles are formed from a single sheet of steel. We use full welding, both inside and out, at the connection between the main pole and the flange, further enhancing the pole’s strength.

Hot-Dip Galvanization

We use a hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure a zinc coating thickness of over 70µm, which protects our light poles from corrosion for more than 30 years.

Powder Coating

Our electrostatic powder coating process not only allows for custom colors but also adds an extra protective layer, further extending the pole’s lifespan.

Optional Features & Add-ons

01

Flag Holder

This accessory, designed for street light poles, securely mounts flags to enhance visibility or decoration. Crafted from durable, weather-resistant materials like steel or aluminum, it ensures long-lasting stability in various outdoor conditions. Easy to install, it complements the pole’s design while providing a reliable solution for flag display in urban settings, parks, or public spaces, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

02

Banner Holder

This component, designed for street light poles, securely supports banners for advertisements or events. Made from robust, weather-resistant materials like steel or aluminum, it ensures durability and stability in outdoor environments. Easy to install, it allows for quick banner changes while enhancing the pole’s functionality, making it ideal for urban streets, public spaces, or commercial areas needing visible signage.

03

Lightning arrester

This is a protective device used in electrical and communication systems to prevent damage from lightning strikes and power surges. It functions by offering a low-resistance path that directs the high-voltage current safely to the ground, thus shielding the system’s components from harm. Typically installed near vulnerable equipment, such as in outdoor lighting systems or electrical substations, it ensures the longevity and reliability of the infrastructure.

04

Anti-theft Components

Anti-bird Spike
Anti-theft screws and anti-climbing spikes are essential security solutions designed specifically for solar panel installations to protect against theft and unauthorized access. Anti-theft screws feature unique tamper-resistant designs, making them nearly impossible to remove without specialized tools, ensuring that solar panels and their mounting systems remain secure even in exposed outdoor environments. Complementing this, anti-climbing spikes act as a physical deterrent, installed on fences or mounting structures to prevent unauthorized climbing or tampering with solar panel systems. Made from durable materials like steel or aluminum, these spikes create a sharp, angled barrier, enhancing perimeter security and protecting solar energy systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Together, these features provide a robust, low-maintenance solution to safeguard valuable solar energy investments.

05

Anti stick painting

This specialized coating, applied to street light poles, prevents stickers, posters, or debris from adhering to the surface. It enhances maintenance by reducing cleaning efforts and preserving the pole’s appearance. Formulated for durability, it withstands harsh weather while maintaining its protective properties, ensuring the structure remains clean and visually appealing in urban environments over an extended lifespan.

Choose a Flood Light Pole Around the Fixtures and Site

A flood light pole is the structural support; a pole-mounted floodlight is the luminaire fitted to it. Start with the lighting layout, then match the pole, crossarms, fixture arrangement and foundation interface. The published 4–20 m range is a starting point for discussing a configuration, not a substitute for project-specific structural review.

Send these inputs for a comparable quotation:

  • Site and layout: location, application, proposed pole positions and mounting height.
  • Fixture load: luminaire model, quantity, weight, projected area, crossarm arrangement and aiming direction.
  • Design basis: the project’s adopted wind criteria, exposure, corrosion environment and required documents.
  • Installation interface: base plate, anchor-bolt arrangement, cable entry, soil information and foundation responsibilities.
  • Supply scope: pole-only or a package with luminaires, brackets, electrical components and installation support; identify exclusions.

Compare LED floodlight options separately from the pole structure. The photometric plan checklist helps define the lighting assumptions. Send your layout and fixture schedule for a flood light pole quotation.

Does the pole include the floodlights?

Confirm the bill of materials. A product image showing luminaires does not mean every quotation includes the same fixtures, brackets, wiring or foundation kit.

Can the same pole support more or larger floodlights later?

Not without checking the revised load and mounting arrangement. Ask for a structural review before adding fixtures, banners, panels or other equipment.

What determines the flood light pole price?

Height alone is not enough. Material, shaft dimensions, finish, crossarms, loading assumptions, base and anchor details, quantity, packing and delivery terms all affect the quoted scope.
