Lightning arrester

This is a protective device used in electrical and communication systems to prevent damage from lightning strikes and power surges. It functions by offering a low-resistance path that directs the high-voltage current safely to the ground, thus shielding the system’s components from harm. Typically installed near vulnerable equipment, such as in outdoor lighting systems or electrical substations, it ensures the longevity and reliability of the infrastructure.

Lamp Carriage

This is a robust mounting structure used to support outdoor lighting fixtures, such as streetlights or floodlights, ensuring they are securely attached to poles or walls. It is generally crafted from corrosion-resistant materials like aluminum or stainless steel to endure harsh weather conditions while maintaining stability. The design facilitates easy installation and allows for adjusting the angle of the light to optimize coverage, also simplifying maintenance and replacement tasks. It is widely used in urban lighting, parking lots, and industrial areas for effective illumination support.

Polygonal Mast Pole

This is a tall, multi-sided vertical structure used to support outdoor lighting fixtures, flags, or signage, commonly found in urban streets, highways, or large public spaces. It is typically constructed from sturdy materials like galvanized steel or aluminum to resist corrosion and endure harsh weather conditions, ensuring long-term durability. The polygonal shape provides enhanced structural strength while offering a sleek, modern appearance. Available in various heights, it can be customized to meet specific lighting or visibility needs, with a base designed for secure ground installation.

Electrical Control Panel

This is a central device for managing outdoor lighting systems, handling power distribution, switching operations, and brightness adjustments. It incorporates circuit protection components like breakers and fuses to prevent overloads or short circuits, ensuring safe operation. The enclosure is typically waterproof and dustproof, designed for outdoor use and capable of withstanding rain and wind. With organized internal wiring, it supports remote monitoring and smart control features, making it ideal for lighting management in urban areas, industrial parks, and large public spaces.

Raising & Lowering System

This is a mechanical device used on tall structures like masts or poles to adjust the height of lighting fixtures or other equipment. It allows the fixtures to be lowered to ground level for maintenance or replacement, enhancing safety by minimizing the need for workers to climb. Typically operated manually or with a motorized system, it ensures smooth and controlled movement. Made from durable materials, it withstands outdoor conditions and is commonly used in applications like highway lighting, stadiums, and large public areas for efficient upkeep.

Foundation Kits

This is a set of ground base components designed for installing outdoor lighting equipment. It typically includes anchors, bolts, concrete pads, and other hardware to ensure that light poles or masts are securely fixed to the ground, making it suitable for a variety of terrains and soil conditions.

Manufacturing Procedures

Welding

Our light poles are formed from a single sheet of steel. We use full welding, both inside and out, at the connection between the main pole and the flange, further enhancing the pole’s strength.

Hot-Dip Galvanization

We use a hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure a zinc coating thickness of over 70µm, which protects our light poles from corrosion for more than 30 years.

Powder Coating

Our electrostatic powder coating process not only allows for custom colors but also adds an extra protective layer, further extending the pole’s lifespan.

Optional Features & Add-ons

01

LED Aviation light

This is a specialized safety device installed on tall structures like masts, towers, or buildings to enhance visibility for aircraft and prevent collisions. It emits a bright, steady, or flashing light, typically in red or white, ensuring it can be seen from a distance in various weather conditions. Using energy-efficient LED technology, it offers long-lasting performance with minimal power consumption, making it ideal for continuous operation. It is often weatherproof and durable, designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions while maintaining reliable functionality.

02

Lightning arrester

This is a protective device used in electrical and communication systems to prevent damage from lightning strikes and power surges. It functions by offering a low-resistance path that directs the high-voltage current safely to the ground, thus shielding the system’s components from harm. Typically installed near vulnerable equipment, such as in outdoor lighting systems or electrical substations, it ensures the longevity and reliability of the infrastructure.

03

Anti-theft Components

Anti-bird Spike
Anti-theft screws and anti-climbing spikes are essential security solutions designed specifically for solar panel installations to protect against theft and unauthorized access. Anti-theft screws feature unique tamper-resistant designs, making them nearly impossible to remove without specialized tools, ensuring that solar panels and their mounting systems remain secure even in exposed outdoor environments. Complementing this, anti-climbing spikes act as a physical deterrent, installed on fences or mounting structures to prevent unauthorized climbing or tampering with solar panel systems. Made from durable materials like steel or aluminum, these spikes create a sharp, angled barrier, enhancing perimeter security and protecting solar energy systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Together, these features provide a robust, low-maintenance solution to safeguard valuable solar energy investments.

04

Anti stick painting

This specialized coating, applied to street light poles, prevents stickers, posters, or debris from adhering to the surface. It enhances maintenance by reducing cleaning efforts and preserving the pole’s appearance. Formulated for durability, it withstands harsh weather while maintaining its protective properties, ensuring the structure remains clean and visually appealing in urban environments over an extended lifespan.
