The Solar Mast Light is a stand-alone, off-grid high mast lighting solution, purpose-built for large-scale sites. A ring of 100-400W TORCH series solar LED flood lights mounted around a 15–30 m polygonal mast pole provides high-lumen illumination for highways, airports, ports, and large plazas, with an optional raising & lowering system, it pairs reliable performance with safer ground-level servicing. The TORCH Series features an advanced semi-integrated design with high-power 7070 super-bright LED modules, a built-in LiFePO4 lithium battery, and a solar controller, making installation easier and enhancing anti-theft protection.
Read the power range per lamp, not per mast. The 100–400W range in this product’s specification applies to an individual TORCH solar LED flood light. A complete mast configuration also needs the number of luminaires, selected beam angles and aiming layout, solar-panel capacity, battery capacity, and operating profile. The panel and battery capacities are listed as customizable; they are not fixed by the lamp wattage. Evaluate the complete configuration using matching photometric files and the intended operating schedule.

LED Flood Light
Engineered for mast-top applications. Typical system efficacy 140–170 lm/W with precise beam options (15°, 30°, 60×90° asymmetric). CRI ≥70/80, CCT 3000–6000 K. Driver with 0–10 V/PWM dimming, 10 kV SPD, IP66, IK08–IK10. Optional glare shields and bird-spike kit. Designed for continuous dusk-to-dawn duty with low THD and stable output.
Solar Panel
Mono-PERC modules sized for latitude and target autonomy. Module power 200–600 Wp each, tempered glass 3.2 mm, aluminum frame, bypass diodes. Certified to IEC 61215 / IEC 61730. Mechanical load ≥5400 Pa (snow), ≥2400 Pa (wind). Tilt angles optimized per site to reduce soiling and maximize winter yield.
Polygonal Mast Pole
High-strength polygonal (octagonal/12-side) steel pole for 8–30 m mounting heights. Material Q235/Q345 or equivalent, base-plate design per wind zone up to 45 m/s. Hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461, avg. 70–85 μm, optional polyester powder coat RAL colors. Door hatch with stainless hardware and tamper-proof lock. Cable entry with grommets and earthing studs.
Electrical Control Panel
IP66 cabinet hosting MPPT solar controller (≥98% tracking efficiency), DC protection (MCB/fuse), and surge protection. Optional remote monitoring (RS-485/Modbus, 4G/NB-IoT/LoRa) for alarms, SOC, and dimming profiles. Clean wiring with ferrules and labels for faster maintenance. Conformal-coated PCBs for high-humidity regions.
LiFePO4 Lithium Battery
This product is equipped with a LiFePO4 Lithium Battery Cell (specifically a pouch-type cell, recognized as one of the safest LiFePO4 battery cell options) and a dedicated BMS (Battery Management System) Unit—this BMS Unit delivers multiple protective functions for the LiFePO4 lithium battery, effectively safeguarding its performance and longevity. Together, this setup enables the product to achieve a lifespan of more than 10 years, while also ensuring reliable high-temperature resistance and excellent safety performance even in demanding operating environments.
Smart MPPT Solar Controller
This device comes with multi-protection features and advanced MPPT technology, paired with a smart lighting mode that enables 365-day non-stop operation; it also supports intelligent temperature adjustment to adapt to different environmental heat conditions, and has an IP67 waterproof rating for stable performance in wet or dusty environments—plus a lifespan of over 10 years. For enhanced functionality, optional accessories are available: an IoT smart monitoring system (which allows remote tracking and management of the device’s status) and a motion sensor (that triggers brightness adjustments when human activity is detected), making it suitable for a wider range of usage scenarios.
