Inlux Solar has introduced laser-assisted verticality inspection in its pole manufacturing workshop as part of its ongoing effort to improve pre-shipment quality control for lighting poles used in solar street lighting and outdoor infrastructure projects.
During inspection, laser reference lines are projected along the full length of each pole, allowing technicians to verify straightness, verticality, and overall geometric alignment with greater consistency and visibility. This helps the production team identify deviation more efficiently before final packing and shipment.
The inspection process is designed to support verification of straightness, verticality, and geometric tolerances with reference to applicable standards, including GB/T 2694-2018 and EN 40-1-1:2022. By strengthening control over pole geometry before dispatch, Inlux Solar aims to improve installation consistency, reduce alignment risk on site, and support long-term structural reliability in outdoor environments.

For municipal buyers, EPC contractors, and infrastructure project teams, pole accuracy affects more than workshop appearance. It can influence bracket alignment, luminaire positioning, installation efficiency, and the overall stability of the finished lighting system. Adding laser-assisted inspection helps improve repeatability across production batches and gives customers greater confidence before delivery.
“Manufacturing precision is a practical part of project reliability,” said a spokesperson for Inlux Solar. “We will continue investing in process improvements that help customers reduce installation risk and achieve more dependable long-term field performance.”
