- Base plate drawing: dimensions and thickness
- Anchor bolt pattern drawing (bolt circle, qty, diameter, spacing)
- Bolt cage detail (if used) + installation tolerances
- Embedment requirement and leveling/positioning method
- As-built requirement: bolt positions verified before pole delivery
RFQ Clause (Copy/Paste)
- Supplier must provide base plate + anchor bolt pattern drawings before foundation works begin.
- Acceptance requires as-built confirmation of bolt positions and pattern.
