Section B — Photometrics Deliverables (Pass/Fail)

  • Provide IES/LDT files for the proposed luminaire/optic.
  • Provide simulation report (DIALux/AGi32): Avg, Min, uniformity + calculation grid + assumptions.
  • Provide layout proposal with aiming notes and any tilt limits.
  • Bids without IES/LDT + simulation outputs are non-compliant.

Section C — Structure Deliverables (Pass/Fail)

  • State wind/exposure assumptions and applicable standard/code.
  • Provide structural deliverables checklist: calculations + drawings + foundation checklist.
  • Provide base plate + anchor bolt pattern drawings for civil coordination.

Section D — Quality Evidence (Pass/Fail)

  • Provide evidence pack: sealing/IP, surge protection, corrosion protection records, inspections, traceability.
  • No substitutions without written approval.

Section E — Acceptance & Handover

  • As-built drawings set + commissioning checklist + acceptance records.
  • Warranty/SLA + spares plan + O&M instructions (incl. lowering device if used).
